Restore Outreach Center embodies the Person-Centered Approach when rendering treatment to members served. This approach emphasizes the importance of meeting the clients right where they are, identifying their specific needs, listening to their anticipated goals for themselves and incorporating all of that in their individualized treatment plan. This approach manifests itself via various forms of person-centered care throughout the duration of the treatment process; from the assessment all the way to the interventions. We implement person-served values and preferences, which we use to guide all aspects of health care while supporting achievable goals.
